I would never stay here...
Liked: I liked the rooftop and bar area, the room was also nice.
Disliked: The housekeeping did not change the sheets on the bed, even after I asked multiple times. My toddler son peed on one bed and all they did was change the sheets to another bed, absolutely disgusting. They did things on their own time and did a very poor job. Nice hotel, lousy cleaning service. Their mop water also smells pissy and unclean. I was very disturbed by the fact that the sheets my son peed on were put on the opposite bed.

Incredible hotel in a really...
Liked: The room and all the staff were amazing. The rooftop was gorgeous and there were access to towels and a gym.
Disliked: There isn't room service or the ability to order through the phone/lobby.

Horrible stay, wil not recommend.
Liked: Everything that I liked about this AC Hotel by Marriott in Puerto Rico just went downhill based on how we were treated.
Disliked: First of all, please notify your guests that AC Hotel by Marriott does not have working hot water. To get hot water, you will have to notify the front desk, they call the engineer to come up to your room only to tell you that you need to turn the nob to hot water, and you will get hot water. I was not born yesterday or live in a village that does not have faucets. We only got hot water is when we talked to front desk, the engineer turns on the hot water for your room, then comes up to make you feel like you're an idiot. Also, I got sick on the 4th of our stay there from their freezing cold water, I was only taking a quick shower in and out, but I ended up having a stomach cold. Could not continue to enjoy the rest of our vacation. When my friend called the front desk to complain again about the hot water, the manager goes to offer her wine. I guess Marriott teaches their employees that wine cures stomach pain and try to shut you up. The way we were treated made us feel like we were staying at a 2-star hotel, and I believe they charge you for a for 4-star hotel.
