Liked: I liked the clean, neat and new rooms! The rooms are large, the hotel is new, located in a quiet area!
Disliked: I didn't like the staff very much!!! They behave with prejudice in relation to the client! A family of 4 people bought a room with breakfast, a buffet was indicated! In the morning we were told that breakfast was only by voucher! I went to the reception and they say that breakfast is not included in your price! Then I opened the room reservation app for them and showed them that breakfast was included! They said it couldn't be and after 5 minutes of arguments they gave out a voucher for 2 people! I asked that the number was bought for 4 and that the children would stay hungry? They said we can't give more! And that day, by some strange coincidence, they didn't have a buffet, they offered 2 dishes to choose from, although we were 4 and we paid for 4 people! I think it's unacceptable! They also took money for coffee, although drinks were included in the buffet! This is done on purpose so that you would spend as much money as possible!
