Liked: Everything was super clean and very beutiful also the location was perfect
Disliked: The valet parking was super iffy like idk if it was just like a time of day thing or maybe idk it was super weird and when I tried to get a valet they had dissappeard

Disliked: We didn’t even make it past the front desk. My husband, who is kind and a very humble man, was treated terribly. We arrived to downtown San Diego via train and bike with our two children and when we discovered that the hotel didn’t have a secure bike area we asked if we could pay for a valet car parking spot to keep our bikes. The man at the front desk was short tempered and simply rude to my husband’s questions. He had absolutely no desire to even have a simple conversation. The only good thing about this was that they were kind enough to give us our 100% refund on the room and we happily left the hotel and The Gaslamp. The Gaslamp, by the way, is dismal. Avoid the Gaslamp and avoid staying at the AC Hotel by Marriot
