Liked: location good. room comfortable and clean. early check in a bonus. friendly and helpful staff. beautiful facility.
Disliked: Valet left door unlocked, in an unsecure lot. My vehicle was burglarized. I was a vendor at a private event, and trusted my car to your service. Forty five dollars later for valeting my car(refunded!!!) led to loosing over 800.00 in valuables, (most non replaceable), and the whole fiasco has left me with a very bad experience. Not the hotels fault, but please screen and train the valets better. There must be a protocol in place with each car and driver. Unacceptable to receive a car that has been vandalized. The room was clean and nice views, but my advice is to not be near an elevator or you will hear thump thump thump thump thump at intervals the entire night/ preventing a good night's sleep; I love Marriott properties and will continue to stay at certain ones, but not this one.
