Disappointing

Horrible! Waste of money! There...

Liked: It is close to park retiro, that is why i booked this property and also because of mariott hotels. In the breakfast the lady working there was very polite and prompt. She was the only staff i found professional in the property.
Disliked: The room they gave me was on first floor 118. There is music until 11:30 that you can clearly hear in the room. We moved to another room 404 because there was leakage, noise from the street and the bar. That room was also leaking. I didnt move again, it was a one day stay. The beds move easily, they are not heavy sturdy beds. Attached is photo of second room. The staff is not welcoming at all. The automatic door shuts on you when you walk out, it doesnt open automatically if you are walking out. I got stuck between the wall and the automatic glass door! Horrible experience. I dont recommend at all.
