Liked: Room service was quick and amazing we ordered towels and sheet and they were delivered almost immediately.
Disliked: Parking and breakfast were an extra charge. Parking was $19 self park per night or $29 valet parking per night. Breakfast was not included it was $17 per person. For how nice the hotel it parking and breakfast should be included in overall price.

Wonderful hotel. Great location

Liked: Super location. There are coffee shops and restaurants close enough to walk. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. I would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: It was a great stay!

Disliked: The room was expensive and the room was okay. In our room there was wallpaper peeling off of the walls. It just didn't seem like the room reflex the expensive price tags

Exactly what we needed for...

Liked: The breakfast had one of the best spreads I've seen in many hotels. Wide variety and good quality. The beds were very comfortable and soundproof. We would definitely stay there again for other downtown Raleigh events.
Disliked: N/A I have no recommendations for improvement and in the last 10 weeks, I've stayed in 7 hotels. This location is perfect and worth the price paid.
