Great location and clean—

Liked: It was in a good location and clean. The rooms were fine but the finished/rooms were not any fancier/nicer than the Hampton inn around the corner and I paid much more
Disliked: Price relative to similarly appointed properties

Very pleasant for one night.

Liked: For a Marriott it was nicely appointed. The bathroom was lovely the bedroom was very comfortable and well lite. There was a nice view of a pond (unexpected for Pheonix)!
Disliked: My big complaint with Marriott facilities, even the higher end is why is never has enough coffee for two in a room. Only one coffee, one decaf and one tea.

Disliked: This was the first time the bed was uncomfortable! I stay there about once a month and am always comfortable! The mattress in 228 was lousy!!

Liked: It’s is in a very convenient location, the hotel is nice and is close to many activities. Nice pool and bar.
Disliked: It was not clean at all, we found so many hairs throughout out the room. The shower looks like it hasn’t been cleaned properly at all. There is soap scum and you guessed it hairs! Bed was somewhat comfortable. We had to clean the room, to feel comfortable to use.
