Liked: Those at the front desk did not give the correct information upon arrival, and it seems to me that this is not right, that I had to pay more than 50 dollars for a day's stay for parking .On the other hand, the attention and service at the sky bar was horrible, no professionalism in a hotel of that class, bad food, and, in short, a very bad experience.I talked to the manager of the sky bar, but they should improve.

Liked: Beautiful and clean. Room was big and spacious. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The Rooftop bar was great with an amazing view of the city. Bartenders were on point with the drinks!!
Disliked: Location is great, right in the middle of downtown Orlando, across from the Kia Center. However, even being on the 21st floor, the traffic noise was so loud. It felt like we were right on the highway which made sleeping a nightmare.
