Nice hotel! Staff service levels...

Liked: Great location. Clean corridors and room. The bar staff on 12/29 and breakfast staff on 12/30 were the expectation for this level of hotel.
Disliked: Front desk staff, first floor cafe staff were not genuinely helpful or service oriented with the exception of Leo. It was astoundingly poor service almost a dislike for their roles. Elevators were very slow. The knocking at higher floors suggests a closer look at maintenance to reduce vibration and smooth traveling cables should be investigated.
