Liked: Staff was very good, especially at the reception
Disliked: Breakfast was a little bit cheap

Liked: Staff were lovely, gifted me wine for my birthday
Disliked: The hotel should not be advertised as having a pool if it is under construction/not open till a certain date. I chose this hotel based on the pictures of the pool specifically and was very disappointed to learn on arrival that the pool was in fact under renovation and not accessible. I believe this should be flagged clearly in the booking process and not hidden in the fine print.

Disliked: no one will tell you that there is a construction works in the building until you will be waken up by drilling at 8am will have no notice about this before check-in and during check-in that will be surprise for your holiday from AC Hotel team

Disliked: Shower in bathroom is very bad, floor is so slippery that it’s really dangerous to take a shower
