Lovely hotel but need better...

Liked: Approx 5 mins walk to beach and bus routes . Tram service is approx 10 minutes walk. Easy access to wide variety of restaurants and shopping areas in south of France.
Disliked: Additional daily holding fee on credit card on arrival at the hotel. It would be helpful to have specific and clear information when booking online so that a real choice can be made to book with the hotel or not.

Liked: The location is superb, beach area and walking distance to the old town. Stores are around the area. The reception are very helpful to provide additional needs.
Disliked: I did not get the water view as I expect because my first room with a view is in very bad shape, so instead they gave me a much better one, a mini suiter but no sea view.

Liked: Super location very near the coastal tram line, the airport and walking distance to the beach and beach bars. Reasonable charge for safe underground parking. Exceptional French/American breakfast; the best I have had in 20+ years!!

Liked: Chris the Food/Beverage Manager was very nice and meal good first night. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: No window in Bedroom and no nice cosy bar or coffee shop. Overall nice hotel but not welcoming.
