Liked: Location good for trams, Bourbon St, some staff were really nice whilst others positively rude and ignorant.
Disliked: Rude staff, insufficient storage space no drawers .Breakfast is basic, continental.

Liked: Nice hotel with a great location but not really friendly or oriented to customer needs
Disliked: A family of 3 adults stayed for 3 nights in a room for 4. First night no tapestry towel, second night no third towel. We called to front desk and they said they will be sending the towel but it didn’t happen. Third night towels OK but one of the dirty ones was on the floor making feel the room wasn’t cleaned.

Good location. Average hotel. Suitable...

Liked: Location of the hotel is convenient for tourists.
Disliked: Service is slow - perhaps hotel is understaffed. Hotel may be more suitable for business travelers as there is only one chair in the room. There is a small fridge in the room - two bottled water were provided. I was trying to get hot water for my tea but it was not easy.
