Liked: Breakfast is overpriced

Our room was nice and...

Liked: It was so pretty and located in between everything that we wanted to do
Disliked: Only two elevators

Cleanliness and great customer service

Liked: The room and all the building was clean, the staff was kind and helpful.
Disliked: We turned on the heat in the room and started smelling like burnt, the staff assisted us and they help us to move to a different room.

Liked: The bed and especially the staff were great.
Disliked: The toilet was very difficult to flush! We had NO MAID SERVICE on our second morning. No trash picked up. Bed was not made. No coffee left. No clean towels. Nothing was done!
