Clear to absolutely no communication...

Liked: Close to DT
Disliked: On the this app after finalizing the price and confirming it said my room was $171 and I ended up paying $280

Overall, we enjoyed our stay...

Liked: Safety for hotel guests. I liked the fact that the elevators required you to scan your hotel key to go up the floors. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Parking was very expensive. It should be complimentary for hotel guests.I also did not like having to pay for the continental breakfast.

Hotel was a great place...

Liked: Location. However downtown has changed and nothing is open but a few restaurants. It is part of the SKYWAY, but that is also closed on weekends. Place was great for location and cleanliness but that was it
Disliked: The TV streams and we never got a solid station. We had planned on seeing the city and were there for a long weekend and nothing was open.

expectations were met and thanks...

Liked: Cornelius at the reception desk did a gorgeous job! Clarified all the misunderstandings and helped out with the parking. I liked the gym and the view from the window. The room was clean and smelled good.
Disliked: It is hard to say because the expectations were met and thanks to hospitality-oriented staff somehow were exceeded. It is important to clearly understand what can I expect from the location.
