Convenient stay

Liked: Neat & clean hotel. Welcoming staff. Very nice breakfast. Close to a metro station. Comfortable bed & room.
Disliked: It's a bit far from downtown, however, this is overcome by being extremely close to a metro station

Liked: Breakfast was nice! The room was big and had everything you would expect. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Gabriel. The hotel is a 2 min walk to the Sesto Marelli metro station which was fantastic!

Liked: This hotel is beautiful! The staff are exceptional - helpful, kind, and efficient. The room was large and spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection, and the service was excellent. The location is perfect, with a nearby metro line taking us directly to Duomo. We travelled with our twin sons, and they loved it! We received a room upgrade and a thoughtful surprise for our wedding anniversary upon arrival. Thank you for the lovely card, bed decoration, and treats. We heartily appreciate it!We look forward to coming back soon.

Liked: Hotel managment is very cooperativeLocation is out of Milan restricted area (ZTL) 3 min walk to train station
Disliked: Hotel usually take pre-authorization (50% of total amount) and when you check in the hotel will ask you to pay again the full amount regardless of the pre-authorization amount and you have to wait few days until they released the refund for youAlsk check the invoice with them line by line. They charged me city tax again while i already paid this via booking. However, their boss figured that out next day afyer i asked them and immediately he refund the doublication fees
