Beach access, bike rental, location,...

Liked: great location, beach access area with 2 chairs reserved (until 4pm), nice maids and pool staff, free bike rentals, rooftop pool + bar, 24/7 access, hot shower water, room amenities, spacious room, great sunlight, nice bathroom
Disliked: very soft bed and pillows, noisy hallways at times, TV brightness super low (can't change), random morning knocks on your door (can't sleep in), window shades aren't full blackout, forgot to renew dirty room glass cups, staff member forgot to inform the next shift staff to call us when room as ready (no one ever called) and made our wait time much longer-2nd shift was nicer and enthusiastic
