Liked: the location and the lobby,
Disliked: I didn't like that I booked for 3 and it said breakfast was included and then it turned out that it was only included for 2 people and I booked for 3. For that price I think they should be clearer, plus the additional prices for breakfast are very expensive. On the last day I didn't have breakfast there. The cleaning was poor. I found hair and dog food in the bathroom, trash on the floor of the room that you could feel when you walked, a dirty coffee maker, and the bathroom doesn't smell good.

Disliked: Breakfast - they made us difficult to enjoy the breakfast by letting us confirm in the reception the free breakfast included.Facility - there are no cabinets inside the room. There is no microwave.Staff - misleading, I requested an early check in, the first shift said he tried but ask the next shift again only to be flatly refused sorry fully booked. Nobody speaks English among the cleaners.Bathroom - the water is coming outside even you close the door and the cleaners won't give us the tissue we requested considering the number of days we stayed. I asked for the tissue supply for the next day and no habla english and when i showed the bathroom tissue i needed for that day - NO no tissue for you!!! Unbelievable, we are in America the least you can do is to show some respect to use the English language.
