Unpleasant experience

Liked: The location is great. And the service staff at the breakfast buffet were really nice.
Disliked: The man that checked me in on Nov. 17th at 1:30am was not welcoming. He did not greet me as I walked in. His overall demeanor was rude. The cleanliness of my room was not great. The floor felt dirty, the walls had white marks. The room phone was dirty. Also, the ice machine looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. It had white residue. I’ve stayed at the AC Hotel Marriott in Dania beach and I have to say it way better. So I was disappointed with the Aventura location.

Great location and clean but...

Liked: Location is excellent. It is clean and new.
Disliked: The beds were terrible. I asked to change room because of the mattress and I was told that all rooms have the same bed. I also spoke to other guests and they also mentioned how terrible the mattresses were. I had a restaurant charge which I never made.

Excellent hotel for few days...

Liked: Comfy beds, clean rooms, friendly staff. Ample free parking lot in the hotel. Many shoping options at walking distance from the hotel and Aventura Mall just 5 minutes driving.
Disliked: Bar and restaurant limited in the hotel itself but there are plenaty of excellent options just crossing the street. Bathroom glass door system is just plain bad, door when completely closed use to get stacked and you will need help form outside to open it again if you don't want to break it.
