Liked: Great reception; Kitty was very nice and helpful, made us feel very welcome.
Disliked: Everything was great, my only thought is the swimming pool should be indoors.

Liked: Easy walk to south bank restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was great - good selection of foods and bonus for having some gluten free options. Pool was nice. Room was quiet and comfortable.

Liked: The staff were so welcoming and engaged in conversation. The staff were always asking if there was any ore they could do to make our stay better. 10/10 to your staff. They need a pay rise.
