Accommodation was 5 star; staff were welcoming and friendly; breakfast was the best ever and the room was cleaned to high standard and very complimentary.

Liked: Everything from cleanliness, staff, breakfast and bar; nothing was too much for the staff - very welcoming.
Disliked: Hotel bar is a little pricey.

Disliked: ▪️had to pay £50 for 2 small dogs per night and £12 for parking/all in all £62 extra for 2 dogs and a car I find it is a rip off▪️my meal/leak and potato soup and lasagne were aweful

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and in the restaurant, all the cleaning staff were extremely friendly too. Rooms were a good size and clean, cannot fault this hotel and staff. All I. All very pleased with our choice.

Lovely hotel in good location

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect for us, due to going to an event close by. It was also very easy to get to Piccadilly Station by Tram, Salford Quays station was located just across the road from the hotel. A couple of good food options close to the hotel, which was very convenient. Staff at the hotel were super friendly and very helpful, especially Ricky at concierge. Breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable. Overall great hotel.
Disliked: Some noise early in the morning in the room opposite, I think there must of been some maintenance going on.
