Exceptional

Liked: Perfect place to stay in Mainz if you are traveling. The hotel is opposite the train station, the restaurant is beautiful and the breakfast was really rich. I highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Bas at reception and your colleague from El Salvador at the breakfast buffet stood out with their friendliness and customer service. Loved the chia apple pudding at breakfast and that it was not too crowded at the breakfast buffet.The toiletries and hair dryer were great, especially for business travellers with long hair, a good hair dryer and hair conditioner make a huge difference in comfort.
Disliked: One small negative, you have to go upstairs to enter from the lobby, and there is just one small elevator. However, since it is a historic property, not much can be done here, as the integrity of the building must be maintained. Overall a great stay!

Liked: The best thing is the location, across the main train station so you just need to cross the street
Disliked: This time my room was not cleaned, the bed was not done one day nor the bathroom cleaned. The breakfast was ok but compared to other times the quality downgrade a lot
