Nice modern hotel in Madrid.

Liked: Everything was excellent. Shower only would be better than the soft bathtub.

Grotty location but comfortable

Liked: Comfy bed and great breakfast.
Disliked: - Gave us the wrong room - they did move us when I showed my booking confirmation.- There are tea bags but no kettle!!! How pointless is that?- Absolutely nothing nice in the area. Only reason to stay here is if you’re going to the airport.- No water in the bathroom when we got up - reception already knew about the problem when we called so I don’t know how long it was off.- One bathrobe for 2 people.

The staff were amazing, the...

Liked: It was clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and were all round amazing.
Disliked: There was loud construction going on continuously during the day which was incredibly disruptive and the WiFi in the rooms was so weak/bad that I couldn’t have meetings or download/upload documents which is not ideal for a work related trip. For the amount you pay I would expect no construction and good WiFi at the least
