Good

Liked: Staff were very helpful and nice. lobby is well maintained and has a nice design.
Disliked: Lighting in the room is weird. We could not figure out how to turn off the ambience lighting while keeping the side lamp on. This was very frustrating. Admittedly, we did not ask for help with this but it should not be so hard to figure out if it is possible. Another issue is the ports are oriented diagonally and too close together, meaning that there was often only space for one device even though there are two ports.

Easy and excellent.

Liked: The location is convenient, and an airport shuttle can be requested. The staffs there are friendly and responsive. They helped us a lot in arranging shuttle and room services, as well as storing our luggage after check-out. The room and the lobby are very clean and tidy. It has been a very pleasant stay for me and my boyfriend.
