Disappointing
Disliked: During my stay at your hotel last week, I encountered several serious issues that I feel compelled to bring to your attention:1)The front desk service was extremely disappointing. In particular, one of your staff members - a tall woman with long, curly hair - displayed highly unprofessional behavior. She repeatedly ignored my requests for assistance and exhibited discriminatory attitudes during check-in and throughout my attempts to seek help. This conduct was unacceptable and goes against basic hospitality standards.2)The room's bedding was in an unacceptable condition. The comforter had visible damage, which falls far below the standards one would expect from any hotel establishment.3)The room cleaning was severely neglected. Personal items and trash from the previous guest were found in the bathroom, indicating a major failure in your housekeeping and sanitation protocols.These issues significantly impacted my stay and reflect poorly on your hotel's reputation. I request that you thoroughly investigate these concerns and take appropriate corrective action.
