Liked: The bar, the lounge area, location, valet.
Disliked: They changed our room and bed size without notice, lamp was broken, shower was dirty, hydration station was broken, outlet socket had metal prong sticking out, double charged for valet.

Wonderful experience

Liked: Extremely friendly staff, and a nice location in the downtown area. Within walking distance of most attractions.
Disliked: The bed was a tad uncomfortable!

Very Nice Hotel Overall With...

Liked: Overall, this was a very nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms were very nice and clean, basically what you would expect from a 4-star hotel.
Disliked: What I really thought was missing from this hotel was a pool/hot tub, somethin you expect for a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the ice machines were strange as they were motion activated, but did not activate with the ice holder in the room - you had to use a cup and dump the ice into the ice holder. I only figured this out after asking the hotel staff.

Liked: Cleanliness, setup of rooms, comfy beds
Disliked: House keeping continuously knocking on the door at 9am despite the do not disturb sign on handle, maintenance coming into room around 9:45/10am instead of coming back 1 hour later after we had checked out.
