Liked: The location was great, and the staff were amazing—everyone was so helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The cleaning was not up to standard. When I arrived at the hotel, I noticed hair on the towels. Fortunately, I brought my own towels, so I didn’t have to use the hotel ones.

Price has to be less...

Disliked: Stuff members were so bad. They don’t even smile to customers and don’t have any respects. They couldn’t do one simple tusk which I asked to bring the some amenities and never shown up. Even they charged us early departure fees which I have never agreed on. The room is clean but very minimal for every equipments. I wouldn’t recommend any people to this hotel.

We had left a pair of earrings on the nightstand upon checkout we went back to the room which was immediately cleaned (30 minutes gap)Hotel staff not very helpful and were very condescending. They explained they have a lot of high end clientele that stay here Mx
