Disliked: Stuff members were so bad. They don’t even smile to customers and don’t have any respects. They couldn’t do one simple tusk which I asked to bring the some amenities and never shown up. Even they charged us early departure fees which I have never agreed on. The room is clean but very minimal for every equipments. I wouldn’t recommend any people to this hotel.

Disliked: I stayed here for one night. We had left a pair of earrings on the nightstand upon checkout we went back to the room which was immediately cleaned (30 minutes gap)Hotel staff not very helpful and were very condescending. They explained they have a lot of high end clientele that stay here Mx

Disliked: bathroom lighting was awful. The card needed to run room lights was super inconvenient.... horrible idea. the parking procedure is less than favorable

Poor service, disappointing experience, and...

Disliked: We stayed at this hotel for two days, but our room was not cleaned even once during our stay, which was very disappointing. While the hotel does provide complimentary bottled water, we encountered an issue upon checking out. I noticed a storage room near the front desk with several boxes of bottled water. However, when we asked the staff for a bottle, they denied having any and falsely claimed there was none available. This level of dishonesty and lack of basic service is unacceptable and has left a very negative impression of this hotel.
