Really nice hotel. Modern, clean...

Liked: The room was very nice. The staff were very pleasant & friendly. The hotel is modern, warm & clean. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choice.
Disliked: We had dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately the service was very slow, even though it wasn’t busy, to the extent that our waitress (who was very nice) felt the need to offer us free desserts & coffees to make amends, without us asking. The food was below average as well.I was asked to pay for wi-fi at check-out (£5 per day). Apparently there are paid & free wi-fi options. It was completely news to me that I’d apparently chosen the paid option when I signed up to wi-fi on my phone on arrival. To be fair, they cancelled the charge without any fuss at check-out.

Pleasant and helpful staff, however...

Liked: It was modern with comfortable beds.
Disliked: Very noisy. The walls are exceptionally thin to the point we had to move rooms at 11pm because we could hear the room above walking around constantly.
