Disliked: The location is good but noice.

Liked: Cotton was brilliant she is an expecetional manager, and she should be promoted! She made sure our issues were dealt with in a professional and caring manner and I only wish everyone was like Cotton!
Disliked: Outside the building you cannot smoke and there wasn't a designated area

Disliked: I don’t know if this is common knowledge for people frequenting Houston, but the area was not pleasant at all. We did not feel safe walking around or outside the hotel and it affected our whole stay.
