Disliked: They placed us in a room directly underneath a long-term guest they knew was extremely loud. This person spent all night dropping pots and pans on the floor, as far as I can tell. When I complained to the front desk at 5:45am, the attendant said "oh yeah the person above you does that all the time. Also, your room's right behind the coffee shop, which opens at 6am, so that'll be some noise too."Why build a brand-new hotel with cardboard walls and ceilings? Why knowingly put guests in rooms they won't be able to sleep in? (And why admit that you did that to their face, lmao???)

Disliked: Rude Staff ☹️Charged us for parking twice when we did not have a vehicle. Wouldn’t fix it when they were told. (We absolutely do not have a vehicle).
