Disappointed at the negatives relative...

Liked: Friendly staff, clean facility, great location
Disliked: Random but persistent loud tapping within the walls that will wake you up during the middle of the night. Parking options are limited so you're basically forced to utilize their valet at $25 per night. It's a struggle to get your key card to work in the elevator.
