Disliked: From a room condition perspective, the last 2x i stayed there, there was an issue with the room. the phone didn’t work during my April 2024 stay and August 2024 the light under the tv credenza wouldn’t turn off.

All in all, for a...

Liked: The location was near the University, which was what we were looking for. The hotel welcomed pets although if there was a small area to walk our pets within the property, it was not made clear to us. Most pet friendly hotels have a small dog walk area. The pool and work out room were appreciated. The front desk employees were helpful and graceful.
Disliked: The street on the back side of the hotel was undesirable, which is where we walked our dog for short walks - and needs some help as it is very rundown. As for the inside of the hotel, there is very loud music in the lobby. We do appreciate music, but not when it is blasting. Our room was very good except there was mold in the shower. In general, the hotel could use more cleaning.
