A delightful stay

Liked: cleanliness and location
Disliked: The attention of the staff. The reception was disappointing and so was the room service. We arrived from a whole day away and they had not cleaned the room. We called the front desk and they did nothing. The next day they didn't even apologize. I'm still waiting for them to pay attention to me after talking to the manager and they can't get it resolved. A disaster!

Beautiful stay Downtown Fort Worth

Liked: We loved the view from our room of Downtown Fort Worth. The staff was very friendly, and the Hotel was clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast.

Impossible customer care

Liked: Clean and comfortable hotel. Good location.
Disliked: I was charged twice for the booking (from reading reviews it seems this is not the first time it has happened). The receptionist apologized for the mistake and ensured me it would be refunded on 2 occasions when I asked him before checking out. That was over a month ago, I still have not been refunded and the hotel is impossible to contact/get in touch with. Their customer care is a complete disaster, it is non existent. Emails referring back to booking.com even though it was the hotel receptionist at fault who apologized at the time and from what I believed had resolved the issue. Multiple phone calls left ringing out and sent to various different mailboxes and not once was the phone answered.
