Liked: You cannot beat the location if the hotel is the destination. Beautiful beach views. The breakfast was quite nice.

Bad

Liked: I need to be informed about when I will receive my $300 refund to my card, as this has been a terrible experience. If I had known that only African American people work at this location, I would not have come, as in my experience when a hotel is managed by African American employees, it tends to be a disaster. I checked out on November 30th and it is now December 13th, yet I have still not received my refund. When I booked the hotel on booking.com, there was no mention of a $300 deposit requirement. I was surprised when I checked in and was informed of this. I will be making a claim through my bank to retrieve my money. Additionally, my daughter was bitten by bugs in her bed at the hotel, leaving her body covered in bug bites. I demand my money back, or I will pursue legal action against booking.com and AC hotel by Marriott in Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Not to my standards

Liked: Ac wasn’t working . Maintenance come twice and had to open the ceiling to adjust it. Also next door partying all night noise and early morning We complaint few times and nothing happened to a point they moved us room and floor

Liked: Beautiful interior very modern and clean.
Disliked: I am a Marriott member and I understand the location, but it is quite expensive for a family to stay.

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that we have to pay for parking. 50 bucks per night is outrageous.
