Good hotel to a night...

Liked: Location, the room.
Disliked: The parking. It’s too big, shared with the other hotel in front, and you easily get lost in there to get back to the hotel.

Liked: The room & bed was great. The front desk was spotty at best-most of the time there was no one there-even at check out time. When I called to request a late chk out-the call was obviously forwarded remotely bc I heard babies crying & TV… weird
Disliked: We arrived late, the hotel was aware of my arrival time. The airport shuttle was supported to be on demand, no one ever answered the call …I tried for :30. I had to pay an Uber $35 for a airport adjacent hotel. Would not have stayed there except it was for the airport location/shuttle…and the weird entrance to lobby. Couldn’t see the shuttle next day…never came, paid for another Uber:( Reasonable price for room was a misnomer. Pay a driver & a front desk staff!

Excellent customer service, super clean...

Liked: Modern decor, very clean, one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in years including 4 and 5 Star hotels I’ve been in Hawaii. Customer service provided by Esmirna at the front desk was fantastic. I asked her for a later checkout because our flight was delayed by 3 hours and she let us stay til a little longer so we didn’t have to sit in the airport, and we were so thankful for that!
Disliked: Breakfast buffet for $18 was simply a continental breakfast comparable to the free breakfast at holiday inn.

Liked: Exceptional staff!! Beautiful sunset views from the pool. Exceptionally clean rooms and facilities. Well equipped gym. Block away from fabulous dining and shops.
Disliked: Perfect stay and location.
