Comfortable stay and attentive service!

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel Firenze by Marriott. The room was modern, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed and a sleek bathroom with excellent amenities. The breakfast each morning was delightful, offering a variety of fresh options. Additionally, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding; everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Florence!
Disliked: It would have been more convenient if the internet connection remained active without need for frequent re-logins.

Liked: I liked the secured parking. Restaurant was great and buffet breakfast was sufficient & good variety of hot & cold breakfast options. Staff in restaurant very pleasant. Some of the reception staff are great and some not so maybe they just want to go home and not be bothered by requests so much..
Disliked: If some staff would be more welcoming. They let u feel that you are asking so much when u do reasonable requests. If you have staff like this you don't tend to book the hotel again. It's a shame though as ur reputation seems good
