Disappointing

Liked: The Hotel was great rooms, very clean and wonderful staff.
Disliked: Room had no air conditioning and no soap in the shower soap container.

It was a high end...

Liked: Cleanliness and closeness to Duke University
Disliked: There were no trash cans around the facility.

Liked: NOTHING!!
Disliked: They charged me for $290 for my room and it was booked and paid for on my end and I also had the confirmation code and pin. When I arrived 4 hours later, the front desk receptionist told me my payment was declined and tried to charge me $350 more dollars just to book a room for 1 night. Almost $700 to book the room for one night!! I called the bookings customer service number, and they took another $140 from me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

The stay was wonderful, clean....

Liked: Didn't have the breakfast but the setup looked great. Liked the fact that parking was on-site.
Disliked: Didn't like that one has to pay extra for the parking. For the price that one pays for the stay you would think parking would be included for 1 vehicle.
