All in all, we enjoyed...
Liked: After a 12 hour ride from South Carolina, Darnell, at the front desk, had a big smile, welcomed me and checked us into the hotel while I held onto our travel-weary beagle, Buster. Brandon, at the valet station, was extremely accommodating in helping park the car. Both Darnell and Brandon were very friendly to Buster and reached down to pet him. The professional and friendly atmosphere extended throughout our stay.
Disliked: The first evening I visited the restaurant, the Foundry, and ordered 2 reubens. One came with fries and the other with a salad. There were no shopping bags left to carry the order back to my room nor was I provided any utensils to eat the salad with as they were out of those, too. A bit disappointing but the reubens were very good.
