Great location with wonderful staff...

Liked: We had booked two rooms and arrived very early from a long haul flight. The staff were so helpful and let us book in early so we were able to explore in the afternoon. They were also able to hold our bags securely the next day and provide us with great recommendations to explore the local area.

Liked: The room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom nice size and clean. Liked all of the lights. Cleaning staff were so sweet and front desk staff helpful.
Disliked: Elevator was a nightmare and didn’t love valet only parking. Valets need a little training on customer service. My husband had to go in and talk to guy and he just stood there staring at my husband. Like boy helpful at all. My husband dropped everything he was holding and the guy just stared. My husband said we need a valet, guy said okay. My husband had to ask him what he needed to do. It was weird. My husband was the only one there. Next day the guys were better. Wish breakfast was included since parking and elevator weren’t great. Would have made it better.

Liked: - Comfortable room, modern (although very masculine!) design- Welcoming lady at the reception who made an earlier check-in possible- Impeccably clean room- Walkable area
Disliked: - Only dimmed lights in the room as well as in the bathroom, so a little inconvenient for ladies (= difficult to clearly see hair, make up...)

Exceptional

Liked: Our family really enjoyed the location of the hotel, the pool and the customer service.
