Liked: I had stayed at this hotel several times and I love it. Love the remodeling they did to it. Rooms are very comfortable Breakfast is just amazing, it is a little pricey but you need to try . Personnel extremely friendly. Location is great if you are looking to stay in this area (beware that is not downtown Madrid)
Disliked: Recently prices have gone up a little unfortunately…

Liked: Really close to the Real Madrid stadium and alot of other attractions close by.
Disliked: My room key kept messing up and I would have to get a new one every so often but it’s no big deal

Very close to Bernebau…

Liked: Room is comfortable and well designed. The reception, porters and concierge are very supportive. Isabel in concierge already advised the best locations in town with a map. Cheese variety in breakfast is sufficient. Turkey, solmon options are good for non pork lovers. Bakery was also ok.If you are in town to see a march of Real, the hotel is only 7 minutes walk away.
Disliked: There was a real dust problem in the room which triggered my allergy, I did not pay attention to that but there may be a prpblem for more allergic people.If I were the manager of the restaurant / catering, I would have got rid of one of the pans in which omelettes were done. The pan was burnt and the cook was still using it.
