Liked: Your staff were exceptional, your early night desk manager was the best.
Disliked: The bathroom sink would not hold water, and the shower had mildew at the base of the sliding glass. Room 201.

Liked: The location of the hotel. The spacious room size. Easy check-in process.
Disliked: When pulling the covers back to go to bed found brown hair on the sheets as if the sheets hadn't been changed. notified front desk of the issue, they told us the only thing that they could do is send us some clean sheets to our room and my wife and I had to change the sheets ourselves which I didn't spend over 200 bucks to make my own bed.

Liked: How gentle the staff was with me, I forgot my toothbrush and I realized when it was almost 11pm. The person at the reception got me a free one and remind me that I probably needed toothpaste as well. I was tired and didn’t even think about that but he did! And saved me!
