Liked: The location is perfect everything is in walking distance sites, restaurants and shops but if you don’t want to walk the metro stop is just outside. The staff were helpful and accommodating and the rooms were spotless.

I would choose to stay...

Liked: The staff at reception were very helpful, although I could not get the original twin bed that I requested. ( changed my booking dates ) There should be more twin bed rooms as even couples sometimes dont want to sleep in the same bed ! ha ha .
Disliked: I also just could not understand why I did not have coffee available in my room. That according to the cleaning lady, I had to choose between coffee or tea and she did not replace these items daily. While non essentials like tissue pack, shower caps were replaced daily. I told reception about the coffee problem and they noted it down on the first day. It was never done by the cleaning lady. She cleaned the room very well though and accommodated my request for an extra blanket.
