My biggest complaint was to...

Liked: Great location, great staff
Disliked: I was very surprised that once we we arrived, we found it there was no parking in the area and was forced to pay for valet parking which was another $42 plus tips. This would have been nice to know before we arrived. The towels smelled burnt, I’m sure from the multiple dryer or over dryer use.

We had a wonderful time....

Liked: Hotel is very pretty. Great location. Walkable to reds stadium; heritage bank arena and many many restaurants. Very clean. Beds comfy. Quiet.
Disliked: The bar was out of olive juice? So no dirty martini’s

Friendly and Cheerful Crew

Liked: Very friendly staff, be it at reception, housekeeping and especially at breakfast. The team at breakfast are so cheerful and welcoming, it is a pleasure to eat there. Love the breakfast choices of dishes!
Disliked: Would like to have firmer pillows and slippers in the room
