Very good

Great location and friendly staff.

Liked: The hotel is located close by to everything! Shopping and eating out is literally walking distance. The amenities were great! They offer breakfast and lunch at a fair price.
Disliked: There was construction taking place in the building across from the hotel that was partially blocking the front of the hotel entrance. The room we first stayed in had a bad toilet that ended up overflowing and filling the entire room with water.

Not recommend

Liked: Good location and friendly staff. Beds for small not queen sizes as reserved. Room was dated with very plain decoration.

Not horrible. Not great.

Liked: The location is great. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: We were not expecting a frosted glass door for the bathroom door. Didn't make it super family friendly. The room wasn't ready for the next stay - cleaner was left in the room, a razor was in the shower and no conditioner.The "European" breakfast was not worth the money. Having stayed in a few bed & breakfasts in Europe, I'm not sure where their definition of "European breakfast" came from. All in all not horrible but won't be going back.
