Not the best...it was clean...
Liked: The place was very clean and well kept.
Disliked: -No turnover service for a 2 night stay-The price per night for no turnover service -No toiletries -No parking regulations for EV charging vehicles that are non EV were allowed to park all day and overnight with nothing done even after complaints -I can hear every detail of the guest next door down to their conversation. The walls and floors are paper thin-$22 per person for cold cereal and meats is hardly a breakfast...yuck- Some staff play on their phones and barely pay attention to guests at the front desk. Multiple guests had to call out for her to look up at them it's completely unprofessional. -Hydration station with no cups...how are guests supposed to get water? And only located on floor 2 and 4

Disliked: I really didn’t want to half to leave this review , but since 3 weeks later this hotel tryed to be sneaky and charge my account for the so called money they took off for my disgusting stay with them which actually was more money 580$ more I checked out on the 2nd of October since when do charges occur 3 weeks later suspicious . I stayed in the “king suite” and TVs were broken . I simply asked for them to be fixed and they fixed one tv and left the other broken . Stayed for 4 whole days left on the 5th , between that time I was texted a couple times from I believe the work phone “checking” in on me and I asked for them to fix the television so we could actually utilize the “living room” part of the “suite” 2 days go by and they text again asked when they were going to fix it? They never did again . Mind you I have a child with me and I got the suite because of space purposes and useing it for baby shows . So the next day comes the so called “general manager “ gets involved his name was Jason and i explained the issue and wanted a discount since there really was no Benefit to the living room and wanted him to pro rate the room to a regular hotel room rate , as a ex Marriott employee i know that was a fair ask. He Basicly said it’s gonna be 200$ off an it wasn’t that big of a deal . I then told him it wasn’t at first but I have been asking for going on 4 days now for it to be fixed and no results, the tv was left with the wires out an unhooked for the last 4 days . What is the point to the living room if the tv doesn’t work ? Just sit there in silence ? I said if Q/A was here they would tear him up for this type of neglect , he then responded with it would only be a 16 point deduction and it wasn’t that big of a deal in a sarcastic tone with me. I was completely dum founded with that anwser he gave me as a ex employee for 8 years . Marriott back in NY would have terminated him immediately for that response.
