Liked: Helpful staff; close to concert venues and lots of choices to eat.

Superb

Overall a great stay with...

Liked: Fine same cooked offer each day
Disliked: Coffee machine wasn’t working for two days at breakfast. Not many options of tea bags in room. Found out by accident about water refill station on floor and then discovered on last day all the water bottles on offer were in the fitness gym. They would have been useful to take on our day trips.

Will not return again

Liked: Service and amenities have declined since they first opened. No lavender. Staff were no helpful. Bed was very soft. Room faced the t-station tracks and could hear trains 24/7. VERY expensive

Disliked: The receptionist could have mentioned that my breakfast was already paid for in advance. She forgot to give me my breakfast coupons which is why I couldn't get breakfast

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I reserved a room for January 18th 2025 and when I got there I didn’t have a reservation. Your website reserved January 17th 2025 instead. So not only did I have to find another hotel to stay at I also ended up paying for the room that I didn’t get to stay in. Not Happy
