Very comfortable and safe

Liked: Centrally located and clean

Just fine.

Liked: Nice rooms, very clean. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Water pressure in shower was awful. It felt more like a motel than a nice hotel.

Liked: coffee in the lobby was good.exercise room was nice.the pool is small but a good spot to relax
Disliked: would have liked a continental breakfast included. Also, didn't realize that the on-site parking was paid, not included in the room

The heater and air conditioner...

Liked: The air-conditioning/did not work at all it was 88 degrees in the room the staff cannot do anything about it. It seemed like one manager did not care about the situation. was not worth the money. Also paying for breakfast in the morning was not worth to eat there at all. Just horrible experience overall I would love to have someone call me.

Other than the heat in...

Liked: Great staff, friendly and very responsive. Great location. Safe walking path near the hotel. Stores and restaurants within walking distance of hotel.
Disliked: Rooms were extremely hot each night. Something was going on with the air. Room thermostat displayed it was set to 65F but the actual temperature was 85f - 89F. Finally front desk brought fans to the room. Even with the fans and windows open, we had to take cold showers morning and afternoon and was still sweating when we came out.
