Disliked: Walls were too thin. Management harassed us because the people in the room kept complaining about our tv at 10pm on a sat night. It was not loud. We were laying in bed watching tv.

Warm safe place to stay...

Liked: Facilities were warm and comfortable even in the dead of winter. Stayed for a night to visit Harvard for fellowship and employment opportunities. 66 bus can take you right to main campus, no car required. Wish there was a room with a bathtub though because hot water is the best way to recover from bitter cold when you're walking all day.
Disliked: Would prefer bathtub to get off my feet as pedestrian with no car. Also contact less pay terminals for check in and checkout are preferable especially if traveling in the elements. Free breakfast included would have been better but it was really good for $22. Put a Dunkin Donuts in the lot and I could live there.

Wonderful hotel that made for...

Liked: Room was beautiful and well kept. Much more enjoyable than that which I experienced with other hotel stays. The staff was wonderful and made for an excellent stay.
Disliked: Water pressure in the shower was very low compared to what we are used to. It would also have been nice to be made aware of parking charge.

Liked: I liked the modern contemporary look and the large bedroom size.
Disliked: No, in-house eating restaurant or cafe open for lunch. Shower water pressure was very low.
