Liked: The nature surrounding the hotel, the house keeper for my suite called Sadya did a great job cleaning the suite
Disliked: The sofa bed was very old, dirty, full of stains, the wires inside it was penetrated out from it that may cause a harm, and when we arrived about 10 pm and asked the boy sent to us to change it he told us he can not, and he left us the bedding and we had to fix it !!!!!!! Also we hated the late response of our requests when calling the front desk especially when it is not our fault the the iron in our room was found broken so we had to call twice till it been changed, the parking fees is overrated especially that we had to park the car in a different building and bring the card to the front desk to be scanned!!!! It cost us 25$ it would be resealable if it was a valet by the hotel

Liked: Lovely hotel with attractive rooms and a good location for the red line train.
Disliked: Do not pay for the breakfast. It is overpriced and underwhelming. The food was cold and bland and there was very little of it in total, all for $21 per person.The hotel was also understaffed. It was difficult to locate anyone. When we went to breakfast, no one was there. After we started to eat, the waitress appeared and seemed distressed that we had served ourselves since it is a paid, not free, breakfast. Then she left again and could not be located to pay our bill. The entire lobby was empty of staff. It was bizarre.
