Really good and enjoyable

Liked: Very good location, 5 -10 minutes walking from the main railway station, not in the crowded area, very quite place, very good view from the room, clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast, plenty of parking space in the hotel and nearby.
Disliked: Nothing indeed. Just preferred a room with a small balcony

Room is fine just staff...

Liked: Room is clean But there was cracking sound out from nowhere occasionally Breakfast is standard
Disliked: The male receptionist starts with K at checkin desk was quite funny, keep mistaken sth and then one out of 3 room cards were not valid , and had to get down to change. While the lady receptionist is very friendly but she refused to help us on getting a to airport as they said the taxi won’t come, but in the afternoon my another colleague saw the other receptionist helped other customers to book the taxi. Thank you very much for the special treatment.

Liked: Brilliant hotel in a very quiet location, not very far from the historical city centre. Very friendly staff, I believe the most friendly in Bologna. Amazing breakfast only for 12 euro! Highly recommended.Arrivererci
