Please note from the 5th of September for approximately 14 weeks the hotel will be having major works conducted on one of the guest elevators. This could extended waiting times especially at busy periods. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused. Ideally located. Staff friendly and polite. Clean room and facilities. Will be back.

Liked: Location and parking close by. AC Hotel was ideally located for the O2 Academy.

When we got to the hotel we realised the wrong one had been booked but the staff did what they could to book us in to the correct one. Extremely helpful, pleasant staff.

It is a decent hotel but could be better. It could be cleaner and the breakfast is very poor.
