Ideally located. Staff friendly and polite. Clean room and facilities. Will be back.

When we got to the hotel we realised the wrong one had been booked but the staff did what they could to book us in to the correct one. Extremely helpful, pleasant staff.

It is a decent hotel but could be better. It could be cleaner and the breakfast is very poor.
Liked: Central location; good shower.
Disliked: Breakfast very limited; room not that clean.

Nice clean rooms
Liked: The cleanliness of the room. No hairs around.
Disliked: The skirting is worn and damaged. Took away from the beauty of the room.

Passable
Liked: We stayed for one night to attend an event nearby. The location was great and the parking is very convenient. Staff were nice and welcoming. There is a coffeeshop in the lobby which has nice coffee and pastries.
Disliked: Our room was on the forth floor overlooking some weird roof from another building. It felt very strange and ugly to be honest. The room itself has the bare minimum with no decor or character. Pillows are small and super soft, the type you get on business class on an airplane. The carpets in the lobby and the corridors desperately need cleaning.

Disappointing
Disliked: Over priced room with an old worn out sofa that should have been replaced, the bed was uncomfortable and any move it sounded like it was about to fall apart. I have emailed the hotel but nobody has replied which is poor customer service
