Ideally located. Staff friendly and polite. Clean room and facilities. Will be back.

Liked: Location and parking close by. AC Hotel was ideally located for the O2 Academy.

When we got to the hotel we realised the wrong one had been booked but the staff did what they could to book us in to the correct one. Extremely helpful, pleasant staff.

It is a decent hotel but could be better. It could be cleaner and the breakfast is very poor.

Liked: Central location; good shower.
Disliked: Breakfast very limited; room not that clean.

Liked: Nice location by canal and very easy access to NIA.

I have stayed here before...

Disliked: I was allocated a disabled room, and as i checked-in at 7pm i did not have time to request a change.I am 5' 9" with a bad back so having to crouch-down to a mirror in the bathroom wasn't ideal.I also ordered a pizza on room service (picture below) - cost £17 plus £5 room service charge. I'd like a refund please

Liked: Perfect location, friendly staff, room was lovely.
Disliked: No biscuits or milk in the room. No dressing gowns.The towel had marks.

Not happy

Disliked: I found multiple hairs in my bed that I’m really not happy about ! Which I have pictures to show. I booked a deluxe king room but on arrival had a room that intact was not very deluxe and was just two single beds pushed together that came apart all night.
