Liked: I liked the location that is all.
Disliked: The lights in the entrance way of my room didn’t work, when I first turned on the shower the water came out brown and the pipes must have had air as the water spit out in spurts at first but then came out in a stream. I also wasn’t happy with the tone of one of the staff member’s, when I didn’t realize I couldn’t use my mothers card if she wasn’t with me and the staff member’s tone when she asked “can’t your mother send you the money” was very unappreciated while I was already upset and finding a different way to pay. Also my city view room was of a parking lot which is sad because that wasn’t what was pictured.

Liked: Staff were helpful, location was great, facilities were great. Shower was great, good size and water pressure. TV was good having both streaming and TV

Disliked: I arrived at the property first and my mom was supposed to arrived a few hours later, but they canceled our reservation and didn’t let me check in since I am a few months short of being 21. Even though my mom called them from the airport and told them she will be there in a few hours.
