Liked: THE HOTEL WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT AND THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE!!!
Disliked: I feel that breakfast should be included the price for breakfast was costly and as a customer being that I travel and stay at so many different hotels which most include breakfast. Thank you for all that you do, but I will not book again due to the breakfast not included.

Comfortable stay

Liked: The location by the subway. I loved the beds very comfortable
Disliked: I wasn’t told that I needed my room card to get my car out of the parking garage. That meant that I had to back out of the gate and go back upstairs to get retrieve a room card. Lack of cleaning the room. I was told they would clean it one night of my stay, but they didn’t

Liked: I had a great experience here-the check-in process was lovely and the whole hotel is beautiful! All the staff I spoke to were wonderful. I enjoyed breakfast in the beautiful restaurant.
