Liked: We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the transportation options nearby made getting around very easy.

Decent price for hotel room....

Liked: Nice interior with good blinds in the room and plenty of shampoo, soap and conditioner in the bathroom. I also liked that we were only 5 minutes walking distance from the metro (M1) and that there were many restaurants around.
Disliked: Hallway looked a bit sketchy. Looked very different from the glamour of the lobby. The room we had been given also had a towel with stains…

Nice room with a view...

Liked: It was close to the Royal Arena and the metro, making it easy for us to get back to the airport and naturally the concert venue. The room was comfortable and we had no space issues as it was three people in one room. Able to to do fast check-out in the morning as we had to leave early to catch our flights. Very smart addition to the service.
Disliked: The first part is one where I do think the hotel could have done a lot better planning - it was Valentines weekend, a massive gaming convention and additionally a concert. All around hotels were fully booked so clearly this was a intense weekend. So first would be the fact I had asked twice for early check in with the argument we would arrive very early in the morning. I did not put these requests in last minute - the first was the moment I made the booking, the second was 1.5 weeks beforehand. While I do understand that hotels can not bend to every guests whims, I do think that as I did my best to let them know well in advanced the request was very much a plausible one. At least we could leave out luggage at the hotel and went to explore Copenhagen. As a note: yes, I was told they can not guarantee the availability of my room. However as it is a blanket statement I had hoped for more. Then naturally during check-in, again as previously noted with three major events, there was a line. Did all check-in desks work? No. Out of the 10 only 6 worked, plus had to deal with the convention goers. It would have been much better to separate convention goers and normal check-in into two different lines, especially as the staff had to make extra steps to give the convention goers welcoming gifts. This is all easily better organised or at least have the check-in earlier to bypass such an occasion. Add to that I would suggest the hotel to stop letting third party bookings happen if their system does not get all the information needed and thus double charge their guests. A good point was that the lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful, apologising several times for this mishap lessening the blow somewhat. However this was another minus point in my book.

Disliked: The elevators. They never stop. We waited for around 20 minutes just to get down. That's bad when we have bad time. The elevator also were always full when we had suitcases or jumped over us when going down. We were on 7 floor.
