Liked: It was not good the room had dirty sink when we arrived and pillowcase dirty,then at 1.30 someone was banging on our door location was bad never again

Liked: All staff at the hotel were friendly but not intrusive. Breakfast team were brilliant as were reception.
Disliked: Drinks quite expensive. Lack of respect from other customers who banged doors first thing. Bit the hotels fault.

Disliked: Not enough bar staff on and stopped cash payments at residents bar. CASH IS KING.
