The best front desk I...
Liked: This was for a work trip so the location was based on the location of the work. There wasn’t much to see around or walk around . But the hotel itself exceeded expectations with respect to how the front office deal with all the troubles I had. They were super helpful in every bit . The rooms are big and spacious and the bathrooms are equipped with everything you need .
Disliked: The refills are totally not environmental friendly. Need to stop giving new smallPacks every day . Super wasteful . Gym is not safe flooring . Yoga mats were not available on one one day

Not great, not terrible
Liked: We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location and offers a warm welcome with a lovely entrance, reception area, and a stylish bar/restaurant. The room and bathroom were spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: However, it's a pity that the hotel doesn't fully live up to its potential. The rooms felt under-furnished — there was no armchair or proper seating area, and very limited space to store personal items. The wardrobe was quite small and lacked doors, which made it less functional. Instead of clothes space, it housed a fridge, coffee machine, and safe — all of which could easily be placed elsewhere in the room, where space was available. There were no hooks for hanging items, either in the room or the bathroom, which was inconvenient. These may seem like small details, but together they affect the overall comfort of the stay.Another issue was the temperature — the room was quite cold, especially at night. The only heating source was a radiator in the bathroom, which wasn’t enough to warm the entire (large) room. There were no extra blankets provided, which is something we’ve seen in many other hotels. The last night in particular was uncomfortably cold.Additionally, the blinds and curtains were not functioning properly, and the room lacked any kind of decoration, which made it feel a bit bare and impersonal. A few simple touches could really help to make the space feel more welcoming and cozy.
