overall great experience

Disliked: more firm pillows would be great. The soft pillows make it hard to sleep especially after a long travel and if you have neck and back problems.

Liked: I liked the location of hotel..very close to mall and shops and restaurants. AND front desk associate, Ms Gwen is absolutely fabulous...above and beyond...such a great person..two thumbs up!!
Disliked: didn't like the limited breakfast choices...was under the impression you'd be be able to order from a menu..that was not the case
